The Process - Tenant Facing

We utilize established industry practices to ensure maximum exposure for your listing. Your property will be featured across all major platforms, including StreetEasy, Zillow, and the MLS.
Prospective tenants are directed to our scheduling portal, where they can view your unit and schedule a tour at a time that suits them. If the unit is vacant, we will schedule the showing promptly. If it is currently occupied, we will coordinate with the existing tenant to confirm availability and arrange a suitable time.

Prior to their scheduled tour, the renter will receive a time-sensitive QR code, which grants access to the secure keybox installed outside the building. As part of our security measures, a valid photo ID is required at the time of scheduling, and our system actively monitors and alerts us to any irregular activity regarding the keys' location.

After scanning the provided QR code, the prospective tenant will receive the keys from the automated keybox (for buildings without a doorman). They will then proceed to the unit and unlock the door. Upon entry, they will be welcomed by one of our trained agents via a telepresence robot, who will guide them through the tour. After the showing, the tenant will securely lock the unit and return the keys to the automated keybox.

Following the tour, our agent will provide a detailed update on the prospective tenant’s engagement, an assessment of their likelihood to apply, and feedback on any recurring concerns within the unit that may warrant attention.
